A leading educational institution in Solihull is seeking a Teaching & Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with MLD. Ideal candidates will possess relevant childcare qualifications and experience working with children. The role offers a dynamic school environment where staff are passionate about student achievements. Working hours are 32.5 per week during term time, with a contract starting on 01 February 2026 or as soon as possible. Salary: C Band – Annual salary £26,824 - £29,540 Pro rata Actual Salary £20,198 - £22,244
32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) – Term Time Only
Monday 8.30 a.m. to 4.20 pm. Tuesday to Friday 8.30 am. to 3.20 pm. Plus two Parents’ Evenings each academic year.
Contract: Permanent
To start 01 February 2026 or as soon as possible.
