LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS NEEDED

Integra Education is currently hiring Learning Support Assistants in the Lowton area to support a pupil on a 2:1 basis in a secondary school. This role is from Monday to Friday, 08:20 AM - 3:00 PM (Term time only).

Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

1. Assist the pupil with their learning
2. Provide support to the pupil
3. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
4. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers when necessary

The ideal candidate should have:

• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA / CACHE Level 3) - desirable
• Previous teaching assistant experience in a secondary school - essential
• Flexibility and patience
• Effective communication skills within a team
