Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on an hourly paid basis.

To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
