Proactive and organized Learning Project Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our CorsoCare Group business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our licensed and non-licensed teams are supported with effective, compliant, and scalable training solutions. This position serves as a key partner to our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure learning programs support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.

This is a leadership role that balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. Key attributes are project or program management background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving team performance through effective learning solutions. This leader will focus on coaching and developing a team that consists of two project leads, an instructional designer, and content developers. A degree is not required—experience, accountability, and a learner-focused mindset are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the learning project pipeline across Licensed Wellness and Operations, ensuring alignment with compliance, clinical excellence, and business priorities.
  • Supervise and support two project leads and an instructional designer, providing coaching, oversight, and accountability in project scoping, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align learning initiatives with talent development goals, performance gaps, and organizational strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, engaging subject matter experts (SMEs), department heads, trainers, and external vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and other business project managers and leads to produce effective and scalable eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning formats.
  • Use project management tools and methodologies to track timelines, milestones, and outcomes, maintaining transparent communication across teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines, stakeholder communications, and post-project reviews.
  • Identify learning gaps and recommend solutions, integrating feedback from operations leaders and front-line staff.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to success, mitigate risks, and ensure high-impact project outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with state and federal healthcare training requirements,
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, measuring learning effectiveness, and adapting project approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain compliance awareness, ensuring learning deliverables meet state and federal regulatory training requirements for leaders and front-line staff.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions—both in-person and virtually—tailored to diverse learning styles to maximize participant understanding and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in healthcare, senior living, L&D, or HR environments.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage people and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory training (e.g., assisted living, memory care, education).
  • Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working across all levels of an organization.
  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in communication, HR, or education, or PMP/CAPM certification, or equivalent work experience.
