We're currently looking for confident, grounded and resilient Learning Mentors to support SEMH Schools, PRUs and Alternative Learning Provisions across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. These settings often value strong, calm and positive role models who can build trust, de-escalate behaviours and provide stability for learners who need consistency more than anything.

The Role - Learning Mentor

As a Learning Mentor, you'll work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting young people who may present with emotional regulation needs, low engagement, aggression when dysregulated and complex backgrounds. You'll be the person who turns up each day with patience, presence and a steady approach that helps them reset and re-engage.
