The Role - Learning Mentor

We are seeking a proactive and nurturing Learning Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in South East London, working within their inclusion unit. The role involves supporting students who may be struggling with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning.

You’ll work closely with the pastoral and SEN teams to provide tailored interventions, mentoring, and classroom support. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, and the school is keen to offer long-term stability, with potential for a permanent contract and career development for the right candidate.
