A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Learning Mentor to provide support and mentorship to students. The successful candidate will engage with at-risk learners, monitor attendance, and uphold safeguarding standards. Qualifications include Level 3 education and GCSEs in English and Maths. This role is based at Bedford College for 37 hours per week during term time, offering a salary of £25,585 to £30,915 per annum. Benefits include pension and professional development opportunities.
Location: Bedford College - Cauldwell Street Campus
Salary/Benefits: £25,585 – £30,915 per annum (pro‑rated) depending on experience and qualifications. Includes people’s pension, retail and leisure discounts, professional and personal development opportunities and access to college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 40 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent – Term Time
