We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development at our Leicester site, ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence, and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all L&D matters on site.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programmes, onboarding, and compliance training.
• Partner with managers to build capability and foster a positive, values‑led culture.
• Maintain accurate training data to support audits, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver engaging training events and support change initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external providers and oversee L&D spend within budget.
