This role involves overseeing the LMS platform, ensuring high standards for training materials, and championing accessibility. Training and development in Monzo Customer Operations is making some really exciting enhancements, focused on better supporting both our COps and our customers. This crucial new role is part of that evolution.
We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Design Leader to define the future of learning at Monzo. You will lead and mentor a talented team of designers, taking responsibility for setting and upholding design standards across all our training materials.

This role is remote based in the UK
We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
