As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the commercial success of our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You’ll be the strategic architect behind our learning solutions, designing high-impact training programs for commercial and medical teams across the industry. Partnering with our Business Development teams and clients, you will translate complex needs into powerful training content, from dynamic e-learning modules to live, facilitator-led workshops.
