As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the commercial success of our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You’ll be the strategic architect behind our learning solutions, designing high-impact training programs for commercial and medical teams across the industry. This is a role for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about crafting engaging learning experiences that drive real-world performance.

Partnering with our Business Development teams and clients, you will translate complex needs into powerful training content, from dynamic e-learning modules to live, facilitator-led workshops.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead Training Strategy: Act as the lead Learning Strategist on client projects, assessing customer needs and defining the instructional approach for each program
  • Develop High-Impact Content: Create and oversee the development of engaging training content for various formats, including e-modules, virtual training, and live workshops
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with Business Development and client teams to ensure learning solutions are aligned with project goals and identify future opportunities
  • Shape Future Leaders: Assist in building and refining role-specific training curricula for key positions like Leadership Development, Account Managers, and Medical Sales Liaisons
  • Drive Project Execution: Guide the project team, including writers and designers, to deliver exceptional quality, and step in to write content as needed

  • Proven training and content development experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Expert-level PowerPoint and content creation skills, with a strong foundation in instructional design principles
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
