We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Learning Centre Assistant at Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Wycombe Campus. This position is 37 hours per week, term-time only.

Our Learning Centre Assistants play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff. Reporting to the Learning Centres Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the effective use of learning resource materials and digital technologies.

The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Previous experience in a library, educational or customer facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
