In this vital role, you will support the Learning and Development (L&D) team by managing a range of administrative tasks essential to achieving team goals.

Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

  • Manage and respond to queries in the team’s generic inboxes (Learning and Development and Grow Together).
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, offering information and signposting where necessary.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions via the ENH Academy platform – including communicating with learners, recording attendance, issuing feedback forms and certificates, and maintaining updated course listings.
  • Coordinate bookings for both internal and external venues for face-to-face training delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contact list of all training leads to ensure broad promotion of learning opportunities, with a focus on clinical colleagues.
