Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care in the UK, with over 100 homes and a shared vision of creating meaningful lives together. They are now seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to join their team in Northampton on a part-time basis.

Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will play a key role in empowering Avery's teams to deliver outstanding care. You will lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure their people are confident, competent, and compliant. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality training on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, and supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, youll play a key role in empowering our teams to deliver outstanding care. Youll lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure our people are confident, competent, and compliant.

  • Identifying learning needs using our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses
  • Supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences
  • Assessing learner understanding and confidence throughout sessions

  • Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above)
  • Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements

  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
