• Working with the HR team and co-ordinating all types of training on behalf of staff members
• Supporting the use online training system to all employers across the Company
• Co-ordinating the administration and logistics for all learning and development activities
• Providing support for the development of training programmes to ensure a smooth training journey for staff
• Ensuring that new starters are onboarded on learning paths and instructed on use of online system
• Acting as main point of contact for all L&D queries from employees
