This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Business Partner which offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress in what is a rapidly expanding organisation.
Some of your duties will include:- Working with the HR team and co-ordinating all types of training on behalf of staff members
- Supporting the use online training system to all employers across the Company
- Co-ordinating the administration and logistics for all learning and development activities
- Providing support for the development of training programmes to ensure a smooth training journey for staff
- Ensuring that new starters are onboarded on learning paths and instructed on use of online system
- Acting as main point of contact for all L&D queries from employees
