Job summary

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Advisor to enhance engagement and drive consistency across their learning function. This role, based in Birmingham, focuses on designing effective learning experiences and shaping L&D strategy, while also collaborating with a dealership network. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coaching and the Automotive sector.
