A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Administrator to join their team in Shrewsbury. In this permanent role, you will support in-house and external training programmes, maintain accurate training records, and assist with various administrative tasks related to learning and development. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of training processes, GCSEs in English and Maths, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A salary of circa £28,000 is offered, along with 25 days holiday.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of both in-house and external training programmes. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating training logistics, and supporting employees with their learning and development needs.
