A leading UK company is seeking a Learning Advisor to support colleagues in their development. This remote, full-time role involves guiding employees on learning opportunities and promoting a strong learning culture within the organization. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Salary is up to £30,000 annually.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team at Mears. As a Learning Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues seeking advice on learning and development opportunities. You’ll guide employees through a wide range of options – from formal qualifications to informal training – helping them choose the right pathways for their personal and professional growth. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning, thrives on collaboration, and enjoys helping others unlock their potential.
