Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of learning to swim programmes and the National Governing Bodies Learn To Swim Framework (Swim Wales).
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Desirable: Welsh speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial, sales, programming, and operations of the Learn to Swim programme.
• Implement growth and retention plans for the swimming programme.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and quality of the programme.
• Observe swim teachers and provide feedback.
