Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Metallurgical, Operational or related field.
  • Lean Manufacturing qualifications such as Green or Black belt are required.
  • Knowledge of investment casting technology and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and communication of vision and strategy for the Operations team.
  • Maximise productivity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee efficient conversion of raw materials into finished goods.

Skills

Lean Manufacturing Qualifications (Green belt, Black belt or other)
Thorough knowledge of investment casting technology, processes and manufacturing methods
Previous leadership role within a growing manufacturing business

Education

Degree or equivalent within Engineering, Metallurgical, Operational or commercial discipline
