Leadership and Management Development Specialist (Ref:0021ZC)

WithYou is recruiting for an established Leadership and Management Development Specialist to join our People, Inclusion and Organisational Development directorate. This is a permanent, full-time role. You will work from home with frequent national travel and overnight stays, as required. The salary is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum subject to experience.

Overview

It’s an exciting time to join us as we reshape our team to align with our 10-year workforce plan and new organisational strategy. You will shape and deliver our Leadership and Management Development strategy to build confident and capable managers and leaders who can bring to life our culture and values, drive organisational success and positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a range of blended learning interventions, including workshops, master classes, webinars and coaching to support leadership development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and Organisational Development and the wider People Directorate to create tools and support processes enabling leaders and managers to be effective and support wider career development and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners and experts to bring innovative practices and resources into the organisation, including budget and contract management.
  • Develop tools and approaches for managers and leaders to support workforce development and engagement, including supervision, observation, development conversations and appraisal.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for leadership and management development conversations and activities.
  • Report on return on investment, learner engagement and outcomes.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • A relevant degree or significant relevant experience in a role focused on leadership and management
  • A coaching qualification and a track record of coaching mid-level and senior managers with measurable outcomes
Experience
  • Significant experience delivering leadership development sessions and workshops to senior audiences
  • Experience designing and implementing a range of leadership interventions and programmes with demonstrable positive outcomes
  • Experience creating and delivering management/leadership strategy
