A national support organization is seeking a Leadership and Management Development Specialist. WithYou is recruiting for an established Leadership and Management Development Specialist to join our People, Inclusion and Organisational Development directorate. This is a permanent, full-time role. You will work from home with frequent national travel and overnight stays, as required. The salary is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum subject to experience.

You will shape and deliver our Leadership and Management Development strategy to build confident and capable managers and leaders who can bring to life our culture and values, drive organisational success and positive client outcomes.
