Job summary

A national learning provider is seeking an experienced tutor to support learners in Leadership and Management Apprenticeships. In this full-time role, you will deliver coaching and assessment, guiding apprentices from initial learning to preparation for End Point Assessment. Responsibilities include providing mentorship, feedback, and maintaining compliance with apprenticeship standards. The position is predominantly remote, requiring one day per month at the office in Dronfield.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to support learners in achieving their objectives.
  • Support learners in developing leadership skills across various areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress.

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced tutor to support learners on our Leadership and Management Apprenticeships. You will be delivering high-quality coaching, tutoring and assessment to apprentices, supporting them through each stage of the programmes, from initial learning to portfolio development and End Point Assessment readiness. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain compliance with apprenticeship standards and relevant guidance.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) predominantly remote with one day per month required at the Ascento Learning and Development head office in Dronfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices
  • Manage a caseload of learners supported by our learner progress coaches
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to support learners in achieving their objectives
  • Support learners to develop their leadership skills in areas such as change management, strategy, finance, governance, and organisational performance
  • Maintain accurate records
Requirements

You will need proven experience in leadership and management apprenticeship delivery, strong communication and organisational skills, familiarity with remote working.
