Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supervising teams in transport and/or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Good understanding of compliance, H&S and O-Licence requirements.
• Experience using WMS or transport systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of drivers and warehouse operatives.
• Respond to unforeseen events and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and vehicle standards.
• Manage driver performance using compliance systems.
• Conduct welfare meetings and investigations.
