Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of tender estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Manage all aspects of a tender submission as Lead Estimator.
• Obtain materials and sub-contract quotations and estimate costs.
• Produce tender programmes with assistance from delivery managers.
• Identify and assess key risks and opportunities in tenders.
