What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering fun, inclusive sports sessions for children.
• Leading from the front and motivating both children and support staff.
• Ensuring all sessions are safe, engaging and well-prepared with the right equipment.
• Keeping professional standards high – communicating confidently with parents and staff.
• Monitoring safeguarding and reporting any concerns in line with our policies.
• Making sure every child leaves with a smile and a love of sport!

What we’re looking for

• A strong background in sports coaching with experience mentoring individuals or teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, compassionate approach – you can stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Ability to inspire and motivate children to be their best.
• Relevant sports coaching certification (or willingness to gain this).
