Our site reliability engineers (SREs) empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance levels.

About the role

This hands-on role, within the Software Engineering team, involves running the SRE function daily, working closely with the Head of Engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and enhance user experience.

You will review and lead strategic initiatives to improve the maturity, security, performance, and scalability of our software and services across cloud infrastructure. You will have significant autonomy to shape the team’s future using your expertise in:

  • Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Platform management
  • API development and deployment in containerized environments like Kubernetes
  • Implementing and enhancing Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • AWS services, including IAM, S3, EKS, Networking
  • CloudFormation/CDK
  • Working with serverless computing
