• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health & Safety, quality, and compliance.
• Supervise direct labour and subcontractors.
• Manage day-to-day site activities according to programme.

Skills

Experience in residential groundworks

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations

Excellent communication skills

Leadership skills

Education

SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum)

CSCS (Gold or Black card preferred)
