• Significant experience working as a Science Technician with prior experience in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• Expert knowledge of CLEAPSS procedures and statutory safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks and organize staff rotas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two subject-specific technicians managing the suite of Science laboratories.
• Oversee stock control budget input while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure seamless practical support for all key stages especially A-Level.
