Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team and developing team success.

• Experience in pre & post-contract quantity surveying duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensure they meet outputs.
• Ensure cost management against the budget and report on risks.
• Support procurement and assist in preparing tender documents.
