A local healthcare organization in Barnard Castle is seeking a candidate to take on a clinical leadership role. Responsibilities include managing daily care, coordinating with the Universal Primary Care nursing team, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be experienced in healthcare management and capable of implementing effective policies. The post holder will take responsibility for the daily management and co-ordination of care and provide strong clinical leadership to the Universal Primary Care nursing team. This includes being involved with shift planning, taking appropriate action to adjust staffing levels and to prioritise the work load in accordance with patient need, service demand and the availability of staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policy and procedure and will need to be able to support the nursing team to ensure care of the highest standard.
