A leading healthcare organization seeks a Lead Nurse for Angus HSCP in Scotland. The successful candidate will provide professional leadership, ensuring robust governance for nursing services, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. This role requires an experienced nursing leader motivated to shape nursing practices and lead transformational changes. Ideal candidates will possess a registered nursing qualification and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. This is a full-time position with a commitment to a 37-hour workweek.

Key priorities of the role include provision of professional leadership and direction for nursing services; ensure robust clinical and care governance arrangements; develop and maintain a highly skilled nursing workforce aligned to population needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and excellence in patient safety and care.
