Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience in naval surface shipbuilding within your area of expertise.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including extended visits to customer sites.
  • Ability to manage international customers and adapt to cultural differences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as delegated Technical Authority for systems/functions within a design.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of outputs meets project plans.
  • Oversee technical risk management and resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Independently review technical development and assist in resolving design challenges.
  • Ensure designs and supplier equipment meet contractual requirements.
