A leading engineering and construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mechanical and Piping specialist to lead projects in the Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of static and rotating equipment and experience managing large EPC projects. Qualifications

• Good knowledge of static and rotating equipment, pipework, valves and inline equipment.
• Ability to manage and coordinate Mechanical and Piping aspects of large EPC projects.
• Knowledge of design, process safety, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Mechanical and Piping systems within Gas industry projects.
• Lead Mechanical and Piping aspects of multi-discipline projects from concept through to completion.
• Assist with the development and review of Mechanical and Piping designs.
• Coordinate key stakeholders to achieve a successful delivery of projects.

Skills

Knowledge of static and rotating equipment

Ability to manage large EPC projects

Knowledge of design and process safety

Good communication skills

Education

Relevant Engineering degree, minimum HNC
