Education: Degree in engineering (BEng or Meng), ideally Chartered Engineer.
Experience: Upstream oil and gas projects, field development, subsea engineering, multi-disciplinary collaboration, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder interaction skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, collaboration, and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Understanding of reservoir engineering, flow assurance, processing technologies, and familiarity with tools like OLGA, PIPESIM, PIPEFLO, PVTsim, and HYSYS.
Managerial Skills: Technical management, coordination, and business case development abilities.
