A further education college in Witney seeks an Exam Lead Administrator to manage learner registrations and support the exam delivery process. Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive, and hard‑working individual to join us as an Exam Lead Administrator. Based at the Witney campus, you will be responsible for administering the registration and certification of learners and supporting the delivery of exams throughout the year.
You will act as a key contact for examination‑related queries from staff and learners. Administer all aspects of the exams process, including registrations, entries, timetables, and results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with awarding body and JCQ requirements. The role will focus on maintaining data integrity, supporting learners and staff throughout the exams cycle, and contributing to the smooth delivery of examinations across the College.
