Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 or equivalent) are essential.
• Mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 or equivalent) required.
• Must be multi-skilled with a strong commercial building maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers delivering maintenance services.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs alongside the Supervisor.
• Ensure building operations run smoothly and maintain relationships with occupiers.
