Job Opportunity: Lead Electronics Design Engineer

Redline has been retained by a leading process instrumentation manufacturer seeking a Lead Electronics Design Engineer to join their R&D team based in Surrey.

Due to significant growth, they are looking for a professional responsible for designing and developing analogue and digital circuits for new and existing products across various regulated industries. Responsibilities include PCB design, prototyping, testing, validation, and software interfacing.

The industry nature of the products requires candidates to be British Citizens.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior electronics design role, including mentoring or managing small teams
  • Experience with mixed-signal design in regulated industries such as Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, etc.
  • Degree in Electronics or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in circuit and PCB design
  • Proficiency in C programming
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
