Are you ready to lead the design and delivery of a state-of-the-art ratings engine that will transform how insurance products are priced, scaled, and delivered?

We’re seeking a Lead Development Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Functions, Service Bus, and event-driven architecture, combined with strong hands-on experience in C# development. You’ll be at the forefront of a major transformation initiative in the insurance industry, helping build a scalable, intelligent, and cloud-native solution.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Architect and implement a modern ratings engine using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and C# in a microservices and event-driven architecture.

  • Lead the technical vision and ensure best practices across design, development, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Drive agile delivery, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in an Azure environment.

  • Ensure scalability, resilience, and performance across the platform.

What You Bring
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including serverless computing, messaging, and integration services.

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for building scalable cloud-native applications.

  • Proven track record designing and implementing event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Functions.
