• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in .NET, C#, SQL, Visual Studio, and Power Platform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrable people management experience with effective communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
