Lead Data Architect
Permanent
Flexible Hybrid working (West Midlands Based)

The Lead Data Architect is responsible for defining and governing the strategic direction of data architecture the business with a particular focus on SAP-based data ecosystems within the UK Link platform.

Responsibilities

• SAP Data Architecture Strategy
  Maintain enterprise-level data architecture standards for UK Link
  Own the design of data models and structures
• Data Governance & Compliance
  Enforce master data management (MDM), data quality, classification, and retention policies across SAP systems
  Establish and maintain data lineage and metadata strategies
• Integration & Interoperability
  Design scalable and secure data interfaces between SAP and non-SAP
  Support the architecture of data replication, transformation, and reporting layers, especially involving SAP BW and analytics platforms
• Solution Review & Assurance
  Participate in change reviews to ensure SAP data components are impacted
  Review SAP-related changes or enhancements from a data perspective
