Pay: £30.80 – £35.20 per hour

About the Role: Superior Healthcare is seeking clinically confident Registered Nurses to join our dedicated Complex Care team in Sussex. You will support paediatric clients with a range of complex health needs in their own homes, delivering safe, consistent, and person-centred care. Although this is a community-based role, it remains very much hands‑on bedside nursing, working closely with clients and their families to ensure the highest standards of care. You will have the opportunity to:
• Provide 1:1 bedside care that allows you to work closely with clients and families
• Support several HCA‑led packages, where skills‑based matching ensures you are assigned only to clients whose clinical needs suit your experience
• Receive each client’s care plan in advance, so you can prepare and feel confident before entering the home
• Build long‑term rapport with clients you may support regularly
• Work with some clients less frequently, depending on their support needs and rota requirements
• Step into nursing‑led packages when recruitment needs arise within the organisation, offering opportunities for progression and more consistent work

Standards & Eligibility
  • Clinical experience within the following is a must: CPAP/BiPAP, PEG/JEJ feeding, Epilepsy management, Spinal and ABI care, Visual and hearing impairments, Medication administration, oral suctioning, moving & handling, and personal care.
  • Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available.

Apply Today: If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to join a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and join a team that values skilled bedside nursing, meaningful 1:1 care, and strong relationships with clients and families.
