Qualifications

  • Proven experience in children's residential care.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding.
  • Willingness to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Skilled in leading teams and managing behaviours associated with trauma.
  • IT‑confident and data‑literate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an Ofsted‑registered children's home.
  • Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred care.
  • Safeguard and support children with complex needs.
  • Inspire, manage, and support your team.
  • Drive quality improvement and compliance.
  • Oversee service operations, including staffing, risk, and budgets.
