Overview

Lead C# / .net Software Engineer, SaaS, hands-on engineering role with proven ability to mentor and lead a team. Full stack but mainly backend focused. Cloud skills required (ideally AWS, but Azure acceptable). Home-based with salary in the region of £70,000 – £80,000 plus benefits.

This role requires a strong understanding and commercial experience of engineering architecture, design patterns and principles.

My client is a software product company that builds an innovative SaaS product. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with strong C#/ .NET technical skills and proven tech leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring. Working with Product Owners, Project Managers and fellow Lead Software Engineers, you will further develop the product using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on a fortnightly cadence, focusing on scalability, robustness and continuous improvement.
