Iamcurrentlyhiringahands-onLeadBusinessIntelligenceDeveloperwhosplitstimebetweenbuildingproductionBI(dashboards,metrics,datamodels)andleadingasmallteamtodeliverretailandsupply-chainanalyticsthatmateriallyimproveinventory,fulfillment,andmerchandisingdecisions.

Key Responsibilities

• BuildandmaintainproductiondashboardsandreportsinSigma(orcomparableBItools)thatdrivemerchandising,replenishment,fulfillment,andstore/onlineperformance,hands-ondelivery.

• Owntheend-to-endanalyticslifecycleforsupply-chainusecases:requirements,datamodeling,metricdesign,dashboarddelivery,andoperationalaction.

• LeadBIgovernanceacrosscentralizedandfederatedteams:ownershipmatrices,accesscontrols,developmentstandards,peerreview,andreleaseprocesses.

• Partnerwithmerchandising,demand/inventoryplanning,logistics,andengineeringtoprioritizeanalyticswork,translatebusinessproblemsintomeasurableprojects,anddriveadoption.

• Mentorandgrowanalysts/engineers,runhiringandperformanceprocesses,andenablebusinessusersthroughtraining,templates,andself-servepatternswhileensuringtrustedBIassets.

Qualifications

• 8-10yearsinanalytics/BIwithstronghands-ondashboarddevelopmentand3+yearsofpeopleleadership(managinganalysts/engineersormanagers).

• ExpertSQLandanalyticmodelingskills;productionexperiencebuildingdashboardsinSigma(orsimilartoolssuchasLooker,Tableau,orPowerBI).

• Practicalexperiencewithmoderncloudanalyticsstacks(Snowflake)andanalyticsengineeringpractices/tools(dbt,Airflow,orequivalent).

• Proventrackrecorddeliveringretailandsupply-chainanalytics(inventoryplanning,forecastaccuracy,allocation,OTIF)andimplementingBIgovernanceinfederatedenvironments.
