Job summary

A well-known organisation is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to oversee multiple projects, directing Business Analysts and focusing on digital web software upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer experience and will apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This hybrid role requires travel to Bradford 1-2 days a week and is inside IR35, with a duration of 6 months plus potential extension.

Qualifications

  • Experience of directing a team of Business Analysts in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Experience in a large organisation with utility services or service industry technology.
  • Proven ability in digital software and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects and guide a team of Business Analysts.
  • Work on E2E business processes and work management processes.
  • Apply business analysis methods and tools appropriately in projects.

My client a well known organisation need a Lead Business Analyst to take ownership of a number of projects, and direct Business Analysts incorporating Digital web software upgrades.

Key Skills :

  • Experienced Lead Business Analyst who has experience of working in Waterfall and Agile delivery models, where you have directed a team of Business Analysts.
  • Experience of working within a large organisation that provides utility services or a service industry where technology has been implemented to support more innovative ways of working.
  • Experience of working with Digital web software specifically around Customer Experience is essential.
  • Experiences of working on E2E business processes and also work management processes.
  • Can demonstrate a range of requirement gathering techniques and capture methodology. Particular experience in Agile and User Story and Acceptance Criteria working methods is needed.
  • Can demonstrate a history of applying appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques, selecting appropriately from plan driven / predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
