About the Role:

Oxfam GB is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to manage and develop a team, and to partner with business stakeholders and the Senior Project Manager. The role involves directing, coordinating, and controlling an ambitious Digital Transformation Portfolio of work during a pivotal time of transition and change for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts
  • Partner with business stakeholders and project teams on large-scale projects
  • Support digital transformation initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
  • Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large ERP implementations, preferably in global Financial or Human Resources projects
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex, global environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to inspire and embed culture change and transformation
