Join our vibrant team at One Garden Brighton, where we blend a busy café and farm shop within a stunning garden setting. We are seeking a Head Barista and Keyholder who is passionate about coffee and dedicated to exceptional customer service. This role has been designed to support our Retail and Hospitality Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest beverage quality.
  • Lead and train our dynamic barista team.
  • Manage inventory, maintain equipment, and handle cash responsibilities.
  • Ensure a consistently positive customer experience for all.
  • Assist the Retail and Hospitality Manager as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven barista experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
