• Manage Architecture and Engineering vendors throughout project phases.
• Develop design strategies to ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare the Architecture/Engineering schedule.
• Prepare progress reports on the status of the project.
• Ensure Architecture and Engineering vendors meet contractual obligations.
