A healthcare organization in Wokingham is seeking a motivated Lead Administrator to manage administrative tasks for the CAMHS Children in Care Team. Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, adeptness in IT, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This part-time role (22.5 hours over three days) offers flexible working options and generous benefits, including annual leave and a strong commitment to staff well-being.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Administrator to work in our CAMHS Children in Care Team. You will be carrying out and supervising the day-to-day administration tasks for referrals to the team. The post is for 22.5 hours, i.e. 3 days a week, 9am - 5pm (0.6wte). You will be based at Wokingham Hospital and ideally 1 day a week at Erlegh House, University of Reading.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills; have the ability to multi-task and prioritise, be familiar with the Trust computer systems and have very good IT skills. You will need to be efficient in using Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word packages.
