• Achieve cleaning requirements and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas within the housing estate.
• Liaise with residents, Safer Tower Hamlets Teams, and other services in emergency situations.
• Perform routine inspections, identify safety concerns, and maintain records.
• Promote excellent customer care and integrate residents' aspirations into service provision.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Report any health and safety risks and take immediate action to make them safe.

Requirements :

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of customer care principles and effective caretaking services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
• Understanding of diverse needs and commitment to equality.
• Basic familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
