We are looking for a progressive individual to join Talbots Law as a Conveyancing Executive. To be successful, you will have at least 1 year of post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.

As a Conveyancing Executive, you will be expected to offer excellent service to clients and provide accurate legal guidance on a broad range of matters, as well as assist with the future development of the department.

What the job involves
  • Managing a full caseload with a focus on wider Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, including technical legal enquiries.
  • Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
What you need
  • To have a minimum of 1 year qualified experience or equivalent as a Conveyancer in Residential Property.
  • Possess varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
  • Be detail-driven with excellent communication skills and an organized team-player.
